This animated adaptation of the one-shot comic from Hellboy's Mike Mignola follows the adventures of a steampunk secret agent for Abraham Lincoln who, indeed, possesses a robotic screw-on head. Originally aired as the pilot for a possible TV series, this stand-alone episode pits the Amazing Screw-On Head against the treacherous Emperor Zombie, his batty vampiric lover, a lycanthropic granny, and a gunslinging chimp. From the back rooms of Marrakesh to the banks of the Mississippi, the Screw-On Head pursues Emperor Zombie to prevent the resurrection of an ancient supernatural warlord. This comedic and clever cartoon, which stays true to Mignola's distinctive visual style, features the voices of Paul Giamatti, Molly Shannon, and David Hyde Pierce (the voice of Abe Sapien in the Hellboy film).
