maybe a FAQ

is there any chance we could get a FAQ page that details some common questions (or if the spare effort is not available, a wiki, where we could collaboratively fill in the spaces between). I for one, have a few questions that are not directly answered in the pages i have perused, and could be fodder for such an endeavor.
