Jason Bradley Thompson (www.mockman.com) is the author and artist of numerous comics, including H.P. Lovecraft's The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath, Clark Ashton Smith's Hyperborea, The Stiff and King of RPGs (with Victor Hao). He wrote the Eisner-nominated book on Japanese comics Manga: The Complete Guide, and his gaming comics and illustrations appear regularly on the Dungeons & Dragons website. Read more
D.H. Covey is a Automatism Surrealist painter and motion picture storyboard artist. He is a graduate of The Maryland Institute of Fine Arts and moved to Hollywood in 1997 to work with Brian Yuzna on the movie Progeny. This led to more work on over 20 motion picture, video and TV projects. Both of his children attend Cal Poly Pomona. Michelle is a Fine Arts major, and Adam is a Mechanical Engineer. His wife Deby, a Technical Support Manager for GXS, is also his business and operations manager.

Liv Rainey-Smith is an artist specializing in hand-pulled xylographic prints. Her imagery draws primarily upon historic styles, folklore, dreams, esotericism, and of course the works of H.P. Lovecraft and his followers. Rainey-Smith's woodcut process incorporates a mixture of traditional and modern tools as well as a blend of European and Japanese printmaking technique. She prints her own fine art prints in small editions on both paper and animal parchment.

Mike Dubisch has been bringing a Lovecraftian twist to his fantasy art, illustration and comics for a quarter century, beginning in his mid teens. The versatile artist has created Star Wars and Dungeons and Dragons toys, animated DVD covers for the World Wrestling Federation, designs for animated movies, and characters for MTV. His work is held in the permanent collection of The Museum of Cartoon and Comic Art. His Lovecraftian Graphic Novel WEIRDLING was published in 2007 to critical acclaim. Current projects include Zombies VS Robots:Diplomacy and Godzilla comics sketch variant covers, both for IDW, creature designs for film, including "Transcendent" for this year's festival. Read more
Lee Moyer is an award-winning Illustrator and Designer whose work has been featured on many past posters for the HP Lovecraft Film Festival (where he was a Guest of Honor in 2004). He painted the poster for Call of Cthulhu and DVD covers for HP Lovecraft: Fear of the Unknown, Out of Mind, Cool Air, Dreams of Cthulhu, Pickman's Model, The King in Yellow, Annabel Lee and Strange Aeons. 2012 saw him join forces with past HPL guest Caitlin R. Kiernan for a duo of book covers: Two Worlds and In Between and Confessions of a Five Chambered Heart. His game with Keith Baker, The Doom that Came to Atlantic City, was successfully Kickstarted and is due out in summer 2013. Read more

Artist Mike Dubisch is the creator of the Lovecraftian space fantasy comic Weirdling, from his own Strange Fear Books. Best known in the role playing game industry for his designs in Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars, Mike is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts, where he met his wife Carolyn Watson Dubisch. Together they co-create the award winning web comic The People That Melt In The Rain. Mike's latest creation is a series of Cthulhu Mythos paintings and limited edition books titled collectively The Black Velvet Necronomicon. Read more
